How NIBVEDA Internships works and what you agree to when you use it.

Last updated 18 October 2026. These pages describe how NIBVEDA Internships works today. If we change them in a way that matters to you, we will say so here and, for a change to what you already bought, by email.

1. What this is

NIBVEDA Internships sells access to self-paced virtual internship programmes: lessons, guided workshops, quizzes, labs and a capstone project, with a Certificate of Completion when you finish. A virtual internship is a learning programme. It is not employment, it carries no stipend, it does not promise a job or a placement, and it is not an academic qualification, a degree or an AICTE or university-approved course.

2. Who may use it

The service is for people aged 18 and over. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must create the account, agree to these terms and the privacy page, and stay responsible for the account. One account is for one person; please do not share it.

3. Your account

Give your real name, because it is printed on your certificate and cannot be changed after the certificate is issued without our help. Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms.

4. Buying a programme or a learning path

Prices are shown before GST, and the GST and the total are shown before you pay. A learning path is the programmes of a track bought together in one order at the discount shown; programmes you already own are left out. A discount code is for the programme or programmes it names, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be added to a learning path and may be withdrawn if it is misused. An order is confirmed when the payment is confirmed by the payment provider, and you are enrolled and sent a receipt with an invoice number. Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Access

You get access for the period shown when you bought (“lifetime” means for as long as that programme is offered on this service). Parts unlock in order. If we ever withdraw a programme you have started, we will give you reasonable notice and a fair way to finish it or to be refunded for the part you have not used. We may update programmes to keep them accurate and current.

6. How you must use it

Use the material for your own learning. Do not copy, resell, publish or share the lessons, quizzes, briefs or answers, and do not use automated tools to take quizzes or to copy the content. Do not try to get around the programme's checks, share quiz answers or submit work that is not yours.

7. Your work

You own the projects you build. When you submit a link or notes, you allow us to look at them to review your work, to check that it is your own and to improve the programme. We will not publish your work or your name beyond your certificate without asking you. Submitted work must be your own; where you use open-source code or other people's material, say so and keep to its licence.

8. Certificates

A certificate records that you completed the programme, including its assessments and project work. It names the programme, the level, the hours and the skills it covers, and it carries a number and a QR code that anyone can use to check it on the NIBVEDA verification page. We may withdraw a certificate if it was issued by mistake, if the work was copied or the checks were bypassed, or if the order behind it was refunded; a withdrawn certificate then shows as invalid. A certificate shows what you completed. It does not promise any particular skill level, job or result.

9. Security practice and responsible conduct

Some programmes, especially Cybersecurity, teach how attacks work so that you can defend against them. Practise only on systems that you own or have written permission to test, and on the practice targets the programme provides. You are solely responsible for what you do with what you learn, and we will withdraw access and any certificate if you use the material to attack, damage or gain access to systems without permission.

10. Our material

The lessons, quizzes, briefs, labs and the programme design belong to NIBVEDA or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. Names and marks are NIBVEDA's and may not be used without permission, except that you may truthfully say you completed a programme and share your certificate or its verification link.

11. Other services and links

Programmes ask you to use third-party tools and sites (for example GitHub, cloud providers or software packages). They have their own terms and may charge you; we do not control them and are not responsible for them. Some labs use free tiers: check the price and set a spending alert before you start.

12. Availability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may pause the service for maintenance or to fix problems.

13. Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing the programme as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of income or opportunity, or for what you do with the knowledge, and our total liability for any one programme is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so that we can try to put things right; if we cannot, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to go to a consumer forum.
