Refund policy

Last updated 18 October 2026. These pages describe how NIBVEDA Internships works today. If we change them in a way that matters to you, we will say so here and, for a change to what you already bought, by email.

When you can get a refund

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying, if you have completed less than a quarter of the parts of what you bought and no certificate has been issued for it. For a learning path, or any order with several programmes, the quarter is counted across all the programmes in the order, and the refund covers the whole order.

When a refund is always made

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged and not enrolled, we refund the extra or wrong amount in full (or enrol you, if you prefer), whenever you tell us. If we withdraw a programme you have started, we refund the part you have not used, as the terms describe.

When a refund is not possible

After 7 days, after more than a quarter of the programme is done, or after the certificate has been issued, the programme has been delivered and is not refundable. A refund is not made because the programme turned out to be at the wrong level (try the free first lesson and the placement test before you buy), because you changed your mind about the field, or because of costs you paid to other services, such as cloud providers, while doing the labs.

Discount codes and free enrolments

A refund returns what you actually paid. A discount code is not refunded as money and cannot be used again after the order is refunded. If a code or seat made the programme free, there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Open the order under Orders and invoices and press Request a refund, with a line on why. If you cannot sign in, write to us from the email address of your account with your order number (it starts with NPA-INT). We reply within 3 working days. A short note on why helps us decide quickly and improve.

How it is paid back

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval; your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it. The GST on a refunded order is refunded with it, and we issue a credit note against your invoice; you can download it from the order. When a refund is made, access to that programme ends and any certificate for it is withdrawn.

If we say no

We will tell you why in writing. If you still disagree, you can write to the grievance contact on the privacy page, and you keep your rights under consumer law.
